Ingredients

    Chicken livers
    Red bell pepper
    Lard
    Chili paste

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut chicken liver to smaller piecies
  2. 2. Heat up lard/oil and add salt&pepper
  3. 3. Add liver in hot oil
  4. 4. Fry on high for about 4 minutes, stir occasionaly
  5. 5. Cut red bell pepper into thin slices
  6. 6. Fry everything for another minute
  7. 7. Add favorite chili paste
  8. 8. Add canned tomatoes
  9. 9. Mix well, put lid on and cook on low for 10 minutes
  10. 10. After 10 minutes tomato chicken livers are done
