For this recipe I have used low fat greek yogurt that almost everytime is also very low in carbs but very high in proteins. This yogurt is great for low carb and high protein desserts. This is one of my favorite greek yogurt deserts.
At first mix greek yogurt with high quality cacao powder. For very rich chocolate taste use very great cacao powder, try to avoid using cocoa powder that has added sugar or some other ingredients. After you mix greek yogurt with cocoa powder top it with sliced banana and sprinkle it with grated high % chocolate and cinnamon.
I believe you will like that chocolate yogurt dessert, it is much better option to make your own chocolate greek yogurt then buy one with chocolate flavor that is full of sugar.
How to make greek yogurt chocolate dessert?
- Low fat/high protein greek yogurt
- Cocoa powder
- High % chocolate
- Mix banana with cocoa powder
- Cut banana into circles
- Put banana slices on top of yogurt
