Ingredients

    Low fat/high protein greek yogurt
    Banana
    Cocoa powder
    Cinnamon
    High % chocolate

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix banana with cocoa powder
  2. 2. Cut banana into circles
  3. 3. Put banana slices on top of yogurt

At first mix greek yogurt with high quality cacao powder. For very rich chocolate taste use very great cacao powder, try to avoid using cocoa powder that has added sugar or some other ingredients. After you mix greek yogurt with cocoa powder top it with sliced banana and sprinkle it with grated high % chocolate and cinnamon.

I believe you will like that chocolate yogurt dessert, it is much better option to make your own chocolate greek yogurt then buy one with chocolate flavor that is full of sugar.
