Bolognese Sauce with Ease ! Healthy and Superb Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

    1 large onion
    3 carrots
    3 celery stalks
    4 garlic cloves
    500g/1lb of minced beef
    2 tablespoon of tomato paste
    1 canned tomatoes
    Dry white wine
    Olive oil
    Salt, pepper, bay leaf and fresh basil

Instructions

  1. 1. Finely chop onion
  2. 2. Crush garlic cloves
  3. 3. Fry it all slowly on teaspoon of olive oil until golden brown
  4. 4. Finely chop carrots and celery stalks
  5. 5. When onion is golden brown add chopped carrots and celery
  6. 6. Add tomato paste, canned tomatoes, splash of dry white wine
  7. 7. Season with salt, pepper, bay leaf and fresh basil
  8. 8. Bring to boil and add minced beef
  9. 9. Cook slowly with lid on for about 1 hour
  10. 10. Serve over vegetable or low carb pasta, enjoy :-)
