Have you ever wondered how to make zucchini pasta easily? Cooking / making zucchini noodles was never easier. It is very simple to make wide zucchini noodles with peeler. These wide noodles are called Tagliatelle and they are very delicous.
So how to make zucchini noodles?
You can easily make zucchini noodles without spiralizer, all you need is peeler and just peel it till you hit center, rotate and repeat.

How to cook Zucchini Pasta?
- Olive Oil
- Heat olive oil
- Crush garlic into hot oil
- Fry it very slowly
- Peel zucchini with peeler
- Continue until you hit center of zucchini
- Make sure you don't burn garlic
- Add salt
- Heat oil again and add peeled zucchini
- Keep stir frying for about 2-3 minutes
