My Fitness Journey

Ever since I started working out in 2007, fitness has been an integral part of my life. In 2012, after completing my last diet, I discovered CrossFit and my passion for functional fitness. Maintaining a body fat percentage under 10% has become a testament to my dedication and discipline.

My transformation has inspired me to help others achieve their own fitness goals through a balanced diet and consistent exercise.
